Frequently asked questions

Measure the widest part of your calf — it matters more than shoe size. S/M fits a 30-38 cm calf. L/XL fits 38-46 cm. XXL fits 46-53 cm. On shoe size, L/XL is men's 8-10 or women's 9.5-11.5; XXL is men's 11+ or women's 12+. If you're between sizes, or at the top of a range, size up — the foot section runs short.
18-25 mmHg — moderate graduated compression, a popular level for daily wear, travel, and long shifts. If you need compression for a medical condition, check with your doctor that this level is right for you.

Yes! 7-14 business days. Prices are shown in your selected currency, and your card is charged in that currency at checkout.
No. This is the most common complaint about compression socks and it is usually about medical-grade 30-40 mmHg, which is genuinely a fight. At 18-25 mmHg you pull them on with two hands and no help. Turn the foot section inside out to the heel, get your foot in, then roll the leg up.
They should not. The cuff is knitted to hold without a tight band, so you should not have a red ring at the end of the day. If they do leave a mark, the size is too small — email us and we will exchange it. Keep the first pair.
Yes. Put them on in the morning and take them off at night. Do not sleep in them unless a doctor has told you to — compression is designed for when you are upright and gravity is working against you.
XXL fits a calf up to 53 cm, which is wider than most compression socks go. Measure the widest part of your calf before ordering. If the number lands near the top of a range, take the next size up.
That is one of the better uses for them. Sitting still for hours is exactly the situation where blood pools in the lower leg. Put them on before you leave and keep them on until you arrive.
Ask your doctor first, and follow what they say. Circulation in the feet is something they will want to weigh in on, and some people are told to avoid compression entirely. We cannot make that call for you.
Six. One order is six pairs of the same size, which works out to $6.16 a pair. Most brands sell one pair for around $30.
Email your order number inside sixty days and we refund you. You do not have to argue with anyone about it.
