Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@getwarmly.ca.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

How Long Do Refunds Take?

Once your refund is approved and processed on our end, here's how long it takes to appear:

Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
Apple Pay / Google Pay: 3–5 business days
Shop Pay: 3–5 business days
PayPal: 3–5 business days

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first. If the issue persists, email us at support@getwarmly.ca and we'll look into it immediately.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Received the wrong item or something damaged? Email us at support@getwarmly.ca within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us and we'll sort it out. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
